WHO RUNS THIS SITE
nahbs.com (the “Site”) is operated by Handcrafted Shows, LLC, 3304
Stonecrop Trail, Argyle, Texas, 76226, USA (“NAHBS,” “we,” “us”).
WHAT WE COLLECT
The Site has three sign-up forms. Each collects only what it asks for:
– Exhibitor interest: email, first and last name, company name,
mobile number, website, country, state or province, and any
message you enter.
– Newsletter: email address, and your consent to receive it.
– Press and media inquiries: email, first and last name, media
outlet, any message you enter, and whether you’d like to receive
press releases and/or the newsletter.
We do not use tracking cookies or analytics beyond what is disclosed
in the cookie banner shown on the Site; see Cookies, below.
HOW WE USE IT
– To respond to exhibitor, press, and general inquiries.
– To send the newsletter and, where requested, press releases.
– To keep records of who has asked to exhibit or to be contacted by
press.
We do not sell your information.
SERVICES WE USE TO RUN THE SITE
Submitted information is processed by these third-party services on
our behalf:
– Namecheap — web hosting.
– Google (Sheets and Apps Script) — stores exhibitor and press
inquiry records.
– MailerLite — sends the newsletter and press releases, and stores
subscriber lists for that purpose.
– Zoho Mail — sends email notifications of new sign-ups to our team.
– Cloudflare (Turnstile) — a check that runs when you submit a form,
to filter out automated spam submissions.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how it
handles data on our behalf.
COOKIES
The Site shows a cookie banner where you can accept or decline
non-essential cookies. Necessary cookies, which keep the Site secure
and remember your cookie choice, are used regardless. See the banner

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
– Newsletter sign-ups: We retain your email address until you unsubscribe. Following unsubscription, your email is kept securely on a suppression list to ensure we honor your request and do not contact you again.
–We retain these records for a period of five years following our last communication with you to facilitate ongoing business opportunities, or until you request deletion. All data will be securely destroyed if Handcrafted Shows, LLC ceases operations.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, the General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you the right to access, correct,
delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to
object to or restrict our use of it.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy
Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA), gives you similar rights to know what
personal information we hold, to request its deletion, and to opt
out of its sale — though we do not sell personal information.
